The lamp was designed by Josef Hurka. The shade and the base has been powder coated due to earlier damage. The height of the lamp is 41cm, shade diameter is 35 and the base diameter is 20cm. The shade support is not original and has been re-built.
The table is dutch and was probably made by d3 rather than Gispen. - Gramho.com
