Mama Said is a UK based family clothing brand founded by Corita Akinyemi, inspired by her children and created to empower and celebrate children of colour.

All projects start with a few words that encapsulate the brand message. For Mama Said those words were modern, ethnic, family, fun. Inspired by these words and Corita's African & Caribbean culture, the brand identity was created.
