2-tier cake with a rustic buttercream effect that has a vintage look. The bird's nest is made from milk chocolate and dark chocolate (I used the bottom of a bowl to create the shape!) and the little eggs were made with sugar paste. Bottom tier: vanilla cake, raspberry buttercream filling, coconut buttercream frosting; Top tier: red velvet cake, hazelnut buttercream filling, vanilla buttercream frosting.

Matching smash cake has similar rustic style frosting with flower, leaf, and pinecone buttercream accents.
