DIY USAF military uniform wreath. Upcycle project that took less than 1/2hr. Used only the 2 sleeves & one front panel of shirt w/USAF tape. Staple gun the uniform to straw wreath form & hot glue on your badges (or use velcro if you plan to give to friends so they can customize). Plenty of material leftover or other projects.
