This is like a mini-sized "Zoa" - 848 sq ft. To be just right it will need a green tin roof! Love the arched windows with shutters. Bob and I could live in it until we build the main house. I'd remove that thingy on the roof, and the living room needs a fireplace. I'd also do something different with that right-hand closet space in order to expand the adjacent bathroom to have a whirlpool tub in addition to the shower.
