I made vanilla sponge cakes from gretchensbakery.com with raspberry puree and Whole Foods Chantilly Cream frosting. Made with mini-muffin and mini-spring-form pans. Good recipe. Tasted great that day, but don't refrigerate. Dried out in frig. 3-27-16.
