Imagine my surprise when I discovered that this plan also has a basement! I'd still want to turn the attic space into "Germany." No Friends Entrance; rearrange pantry, powder room and laundry to add a drop zone just inside the door plus a butler's pantry/coffee bar, possibly borrowing sq ft from outdoor kitchen. Maybe expand the whole plan a few feet in both directions to enlarge particular rooms.
