I designed the cut file for the letters with my Silhouette Cameo after looking at images of the actual candy bars on Google (I found a free font that was pretty close). I cut the letters from black adhesive vinyl. My friend (who made the costumes for herself and her husband out of felt) did have to stitch around the edges of the letters to get them to stay in place.
