94-square-foot, 98-year-old boiler room in San Francisco turned into a perfect tiny house. The first floor contains the living/dining room, with a sofa and a folding table that tucks away under the stairs when not in use. There's also a surprisingly commodious kitchen. A ship's ladder leads to a glass mezzanine, from which one can access a sliding storage cabinet, a teeny-tiny bathroom, and a lofted bed.
