Built in 1955, this 4 bedroom, 2.75 bath listed for $800,000 is the epitome of mid-century style. Some of the remodeling choices would not have been my picks, but the bones of this house are solid and it wouldn’t be too much work to change up a few finishes. There’s plenty to say about this home, but let’s jump straight to the pool because summer’s not over yet! I promise. The pool is a really nice size for an urban neighborhood, and heated, so you can swim laps for much of the temperate Seattle year. Surrounded by a gorgeous garden and looked out upon from a giant deck, I imagine this pool and the yard are the true entertainment hub of the home.
