Parkway Bungalow - McMonigal Architects focused on the site design first for this 1930s home by eliminating the front driveway and relocating the garage to the alley. Interior renovations preserved and enhanced the original bungalow design, creating larger, light-filled spaces for entertaining and everyday living. Raising the roof with new trusses expanded the second floor, while a ten-foot extension was added to the kitchen and bedroom on the main level.
